Railroads Illustrated Annual is planning a special photo section of Union Pacific’s 4014 “Big Boy,” complementing White River Productions’s coverage of the Golden Spike 150th Anniversary celebration in Utah this summer. You are invited to participate!

In addition to staff coverage, we will publish selected photographs of 4014’s journey from its start in Cheyenne to any additional runs through the month of May up until our submission deadline of Saturday, June 1, 2019.

As with our Day in North America promotion, participants can submit up to three images. Select photos will be chosen for publication with other images eligible for a special gallery on the Railroads Illustrated Annual website. For FTP upload information, please contact us. Send us your best shot!
